Mission
The National Small Private Business Labour Consultants
has a mission to:
- Provide a level of service that takes the hassle out of the day-to-day HR/IR issues and allow employers to be productive in the managing of the business and making it a profitable company.
- Resolve disputes by limiting the risk to unfair labour practices, unfair dismissal disputes, etc. on an industrial level and harmonious workplace. Members will have the benefit of centralised services which include, but is not limited to, Employment Equity, BBBEE, and recruitment, among others.

We provide a legal advice helpline 24/7, 365 days of the year where our clients speak directly with a Legal Advisor in order to effectively address any matter as soon as possible.
When clients joins NSPBLC they receive proactive training with regards to all aspects of the employer’s relevant sector / Bargaining Council. Employment contracts, payslips, policies, procedures, disciplinary code and pro-forma labour law documentation (warnings, ultimatums, etcetera) will be provided and explained.
