Bar Managers

Well know night club/bars seeking to employee senior managers with at least 2 year’s working experience. Must be fluent in English, South African citizen and have a passion for people and entertainment. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts and weekends and to be able to work under pressure.

1. High School Diplomacy or correspondent.
2. Must be of minimum 21 years of age.
3. Should be capable to understand (read), write and speak English.
   Be able to manage and take control of staff.
4. Ought to be proficient to effort independently.
5. Capable to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
6. Outstanding people skills.
7. Should gather grooming values.
8. Extraordinary skill to handle circumstances
9. Well-built headed with the capability to preserve the regulation and cool
   atmosphere.
10. Be target driven.
11. Extremely well-dressed and interpersonal proficiency.
12. Clean criminal verification.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Circulate among visitors ensuring a good time, patrons and employees to
   preserve order and protect property.
2. Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide
   information during non-business hours.
3. Have general admin skills.
   Must be able to monitor cash ups.
